Lisa is truly skilled at nail art and always greets warmly, yet the individual who tended to me today displayed discourteous behaviour! Their approach during the acrylic application was rough and left me feeling uneasy with their demeanour, not only towards me but towards other patrons as well. I have decided not to return due to this experience.
