Reviewing solely the pool and spa section, excluding the gym. Contemplated a membership but opted for a day pass first. Staff were courteous. Upon entering the locker room, initial disappointment set in. The ambiance felt reminiscent of an outdated high school locker room. Throughout, the basement-like setting and the constant hum of fans for humidity control created a noisy and uneasy environment. The hot tub lacked warmth and had missing tiles. The online images seemed outdated compared to the actual experience. On a positive note, the steam room was appropriately steamy, albeit the benches were highly uncomfortable. In my view, the offerings do not justify the £60 monthly fee.
INCREDIBLE STAFF, Fantastic amenities, my family and I were truly impressed by Alex, an incredibly warm, helpful, and attentive individual. I cannot commend him enough for going above and beyond to ensure my family had a fantastic day. The facilities were not only spotless but also regularly checked and well-maintained.
