Lisa is truly skilled at nail art and always greets warmly, yet the individual who tended to me today displayed discourteous behaviour! Their approach during the acrylic application was rough and left me feeling uneasy with their demeanour, not only towards me but towards other patrons as well.

Requested gel nails, but the outcome was disappointing; thick, messy layers of varnish and several nails broke within a day. Upon returning, I was blamed for having thin nails, despite my nails being strong.
