Upon my initial visit to this salon, I found it to be unkempt, outdated, and lacking cleanliness in its equipment. The individual at the front desk, who was supposed to attend to my nails, appeared disinterested and suggested I go to the neighbouring Chinese salon for ombre nails. When I requested a coloured French tip with a thin line underneath, she expressed uncertainty about her ability to fulfil my request but agreed to try.
