I've been eagerly anticipating the VAT-free day every month, as promised to be informed via text but never received one! Now, I only contact Edinburgh, who are incredibly accommodating and offer an estimate of when the VAT-free day is likely to occur, allowing me to plan my visit. Additionally, Edinburgh promptly answers calls unlike the branch in Glasgow. I believe I will be frequenting the Edinburgh store from now on. Very dissatisfied with the Glasgow branch!
