I cannot fault the manicure or service from Laura, it was truly fantastic. I booked a second appointment but had a family emergency and couldn't make it. I tried to contact them via email, text, and phone but received no response. I was charged for the full service and told they didn't receive my messages. When I rebooked, I noticed I was scheduled with a new employee who charged a lower price. I requested a refund but was denied. Now, I'm on a waiting list for a service I no longer want. Customer service needs improvement.
What a delightful place! I started visiting in May 2021 and always felt welcomed. The staff is friendly, the environment is clean, and they are happy to answer any questions. Booking appointments through their website is easy and convenient. I highly recommend this place.
I received 2 gift vouchers with a 6-month validity, but I misplaced them until recently. When I asked if I could still redeem them, the manager, Karen, refused and showed no flexibility. Their customer care is shocking, and I will not be purchasing from or recommending them. Be cautious when buying gifts from here.
