I cannot fault the manicure or service from Laura, it was truly fantastic. I booked a second appointment but had a family emergency and couldn't make it. I tried to contact them via email, text, and phone but received no response. I was charged for the full service and told they didn't receive my messages. When I rebooked, I noticed I was scheduled with a new employee who charged a lower price. I requested a refund but was denied. Now, I'm on a waiting list for a service I no longer want.
