The staff checked on us multiple times to ensure our comfort and allowed us to make as many adjustments as we wished. I highly recommend this experience, especially at the Spitalfields studio. The team was delightful, the ambiance was exquisite, and we savoured a delightful brunch at the conveniently situated market right after. This was undeniably one of my most cherished days with my friends in a long while, one that will stay with me!

I have frequented various Astrid & Miyu branches for years. Each and every staff member is incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to offer advice on jewellery or new piercings. Yesterday, I was attended to by a wonderful staff member (apologies for not catching your name) who was exceptionally sweet and helpful, managing to accommodate me earlier than scheduled as I arrived quite ahead of time. The piercer was also fantastic, displaying patience as I had jewellery removed. I will definitely keep returning!
