I encountered a fantastic service with Lara (benefit Liverpool station). She was exceptional. She shaped my eyebrows beautifully and engaged in a delightful conversation. She truly brightened my day. I will definitely schedule another appointment with her. Benefit and all the staff were exceptional as always. Highly recommend.
Absolutely dreadful encounter. The individual was incredibly pleasant and engaged in endless small talk, but their actual expertise was lacking. My eyebrows have never looked so unkempt. They didn't even bother to trim them after the waxing. Extremely let down and would not endorse this brow salon to anyone. Visit Nureen at Selfridges instead.
