When ordering online from this particular store for collection, exercise caution. My usual pick-up point is the store in Edinburgh, and I've never encountered any issues there. However, this time I opted for the store in Cardiff, and to my dismay, my items were packed in flimsy paper bags secured with staples instead of sturdy delivery boxes. Upon inspection, I discovered that half of my online purchases were missing. The male staff members at this store were particularly unhelpful. I am thoroughly disappointed and will not be patronising this establishment again.
