Hidden in the cellar, a true gem. Rosalind was delightful and patient. Opted for a root touch-up, haircut, and blow dry. Added eyebrow threading for an extra boost. Left feeling fabulous.
Terrible service and waxing experience.
1- The attendant was unsure about my treatment and its cost. 2- She tried to charge extra for "hot waxing" despite only one booking option available online. Claimed it would be too painful otherwise. 3- Due to the confusion and lack of communication, I decided to leave. However, after several calls to a manager, I was granted the treatment I had booked. 4- Regrettably, the quality of the wax and service was poor. The wax was subpar, and I am still hairy and waxy. After a rushed and unpleasant Hollywood waxing session, I won't be returning. Clearly, the attendant lacks professionalism.
