I had a truly wonderful massage yesterday evening, thank you Lilly! It was firm when I asked for it to be, and gentle when needed. 🙏 I am eagerly anticipating my next appointment, and excited to see the upcoming renovations.
I was considering giving a 4 star rating, but I was under the impression that the cost would be £50 as stated on the website (double-checked and it does say £50), yet I was charged £55 despite questioning it! Additionally, I had booked for a head, neck, and shoulder massage but they assumed I wanted a deep tissue massage. The therapist was polite, checked on the pressure, and gave a decent massage. However, it mostly focused on the back. Undecided about returning...
Hands down the most dreadful massage I have ever experienced! I wouldn't even give it 1 star! The massage was rough and felt completely unprofessional. What was done on one side was not replicated on the other. The treatment room was cramped with the massage table pushed against the wall, hindering the therapist's movements. To top it off, the session concluded with the therapist using two foul-smelling wet towels to wipe off the oil, leaving me reeking like a dirty mop in need of disinfection. Save your money! Absolutely revolting.
