Extremely impolite employees, inhospitable, neglectful towards customers, lack of communication and guidance, refusal to provide nail services, and a complacent manager. Prioritising staff over clients, despite claiming to accept card payments, they demand cash or impose a £4 surcharge. Subpar service, unprofessional staff, and manicures that barely last 2-3 days. Not recommended for spending your money!
Steer clear! On my second visit (and last), the technician was rough, causing discomfort in my nails all day. Additionally, they insisted on cash payment, which was odd as I had paid by card on my first visit. A hefty £48 charge for a disappointing manicure. Grateful I didn't opt for a more intricate design. Truly let down.
Exceptional service, friendly staff, adept at replicating designs. However, during peak times, they tend to rush through the nail process resulting in subpar outcomes with cracking edges after a few days.
