The owner or the manager, not sure who, is incredibly abrupt and loud. I was unsure about my colour choices and they shouted at me for not deciding. Really enjoyed that, love being scolded while paying for a service. I haven't returned since. They're honestly not even that good. Every time I went, I had to wait even after booking an appointment.
I had a classic manicure and pedicure, and the results were amazing! Also, what I adored the most, everyone was extremely kind and had the loveliest energy. Definitely returning!
Always love my visits to Cupcake nails. The ladies are friendly, courteous, and very professional. I'm always amazed at how they work their magic to achieve such amazing results. Five stars to Beth and all the ladies.
