It was my first ever eyebrow wax and Shazia was amazing. She talked me through, made me feel comfortable and relaxed and even though I don’t live in London I will travel specifically for her to do them! I was assured that I would receive a follow-up email within a day or so with details on pricing, procedures, etc. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up.
