I have been a patron of Heavenly Massages in Glasgow for over 8 years, and I have consistently been pleased with their services. However, my last visit on Friday 5/1 was a dreadful experience. I encountered a new therapist, a brunette woman, whose techniques were overly aggressive and rapid, causing me great stress and discomfort. It felt as though she was striking my back rather than massaging it. She deviated from the usual routine and failed to inquire about any medical conditions, unlike previous therapists. The next day, I awoke with excruciating pain in my neck and back, which persists. This experience fell far below the professional standards I have come to expect from Heavenly Massages. I will ensure to avoid her in the future, if she is still employed there!
