Arrived early on a Saturday hoping for an available slot and was delighted to be seated immediately. With my long, thick hair of Asian descent, it's challenging to get a good cut without it looking choppy. I was charged extra due to my hair length, making it £30 for a dry cut. Despite the cost, the result was lovely, especially since I hadn't cut my hair in three years. I might consider returning. Oh my goodness! I stumbled upon this salon thanks to a Groupon voucher and visited today for a full head of highlights and blow-dry - I will definitely return! Ida and the other lady (apologies for forgetting your name 😭) were exceptionally helpful and professional throughout the entire process. I have very thick hair, and many hairdressers tend to lose patience when doing highlights on me, but not these ladies! The bleach resulted in such a fantastic colour that I didn't even require a toner (a first for me, but it was fantastic 😅). The staff truly are experts in their craft, and the prices are incredibly reasonable. My experience here was truly wonderful. Highly recommended with 100% confidence!About

I was gifted a full head of highlights at the London location for my birthday and was initially thrilled. However, upon leaving the salon, I felt extremely let down as the hair colour I explicitly requested not to have was created. Despite hoping it would grow on me, several people pointed out how patchy, streaky, and yellow it looked. When I raised my concerns with the salon and tried to schedule a correction appointment, I was told there was no availability and it was just a consultation! Despite my attempts to find a resolution, I was met with rudeness and made to feel belittled, with dismissive remarks about the state of my hair. Truly disappointed... Now I have to spend more money to have it fixed elsewhere as I no longer trust them. I will not be returning to this salon again. Terrible experience. (The photo was taken a few days after)About
