I highly recommend this clinic, this was my first visit and I felt at ease from the moment I stepped in, very cosy atmosphere, great decor giving off spa vibes, soothing music & smelled delightful, speaking of delightful Dr Joney & Alex were exactly that! So kind, friendly, warm & welcoming.
Dr Joney performed my Co2 laser resurfacing with Alex by my side, they chatted throughout my procedure, making me feel like I was in a room with friends which put me at ease & I knew I was in excellent hands. Just had the most amazing facial with Balsam. Seriously, do yourself a favour and don’t go anywhere else, this is the ultimate place for facials. I walked out feeling absolutely radiant, like I had a fresh baby-like skin on my face. Balsam guides you through each step and the various products she uses, the whole experience is incredibly professional and effective. I visited for a consultation which was quite swift and informative. I was assured that I would receive a follow-up email within a day or so with details on pricing, procedures, etc. Unfortunately, I never received any follow-up.
