Update: My previous feedback was from a year ago, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience. During my most recent visit, I was met with significant changes in the salon. Unfortunately, the haircut I received was subpar. I now sport an unflattering fringe that I've never had, not even when attempting to trim it myself at home. Feeling let down as I have to endure this look until it grows out.
I’m absolutely devastated. I've been growing my hair out for years and now it's completely ruined. I specifically showed the stylist a photo of the hairstyle I wanted, but she completely disregarded it. Throughout the appointment, she was rough with my hair, causing breakage while trying to detangle it. To top it off, I was charged £200 on top of the initial £350 for full head highlights. I am beyond upset.
