The staff here are incredibly unwelcoming, giving off an air of superiority that can make you feel like an intruder in their own home. It's as if you've barged into their living room expecting a lavish banquet when all you want is to make a simple purchase. Not the place to go if you're looking to avoid unnecessary and unwarranted unpleasantness.
Absolutely dreadful customer service. No basic courtesies like a simple acknowledgment, thank you, or even a goodbye. A highly disappointing encounter. It's quite surprising considering the excellent customer service at the neighboring Elys store. This level of service is simply unacceptable.
I visit this establishment for my regular haircuts and it's always a fantastic experience. The staff are top-notch and I always leave with an impeccable haircut. Highly recommended!
