Requested for cascading waves, however, the waves fell flat within a short time. The outcome was subpar and quite embarrassing, especially since it was for a special occasion like a wedding. I felt like it was poorly executed, resembling the work of an inexperienced individual using a curling iron for the first time. Despite the courteous and amiable staff, the quality of the service was lacking. I did not even specify a particular method for curling, remaining open to any technique, yet the result was disappointing. I will not be returning to this establishment.
