A person came in 15 minutes after me and was seated before me, and her entire acrylic set was finished before I was even asked about my color preference. She was British, naturally! In total, I waited for an hour and 10 minutes with half-removed gel nails. After I raised my concern, I was offered a £3 discount.

Making a reservation is futile, as they frequently keep you waiting for more than 30/40 minutes, even if you phoned ahead. They may commence your service and then leave you waiting, making departure challenging at that point. While their work quality is commendable, anticipate uncertainty regarding completion time.
