The establishment was delightful and spotless. Alex played pleasant, soothing music and was exceptionally kind. They are skilled and performed admirably!
I do feel quite remorseful for leaving this review as the individual was very pleasant and the experience was relatively painless. However, I personally felt that proper post-treatment care was not discussed, even though I inquired about preventing ingrown hairs. Upon inspecting the waxing pot, I noticed hair residue and unchanged wax from previous use. Initially, I assumed this was standard practice, but after discussing with my friend in beauty therapy classes, I realized my discomfort was justified. I do feel guilty about this review, but this specific issue made me uneasy. If you encounter a similar situation, I suggest addressing it early in the appointment to see if a fresh batch can be provided.
