I’ve been to Richmond Nails a few times and have adored them every time.
This place is truly wonderful - honestly the finest nail salon I have ever visited personally! I am delighted they were highly recommended to me! Everything about this place is flawless from the appointment booking service, the cleanliness, the soothing music and the care and attention to detail- they genuinely look after you when you are there offering you a beverage and ensuring you are content and how can you not be when they pamper and treat you so well! The service I receive is truly impeccable - Alex is absolutely fantastic, I can call or message to schedule an appointment and she is so accommodating and will always try and fit in my unpredictable timings or requests for last-minute appointments she is truly pleasant and goes the extra mile to ensure her customers are happy. Rose always does my hand nails and what an amazing nail technician she is, her precision is extraordinary - she is a skilled individual who is highly experienced in her field - I would highly recommend her!! Linh always does my pedicure and she is also incredibly skilled at what she does and always ensures the pedicure is done to the highest standards - I would also highly recommend her. So if you are reading this considering trying a new nail salon I would definitely say give this salon a try as you will not be disappointed I personally would like to express my gratitude to all for making my experience the best I have ever had and so pleased that I heeded the recommendation that I received!
