My appointment was completely disregarded, and the staff started attending to another customer during my treatment, despite my repeated explanations that I had to leave on time. The employees were rude and abusive, and the services were overpriced with a terrible outcome.
This was by far the most dreadful and costly pedicure I have ever experienced. The staff's behaviour was rude, and I strongly advise steering clear of this establishment.
In my 12 years of visiting nail salons, this was undeniably the worst (and most expensive) nail treatment I have received. I went in for an acrylic infill with shellac colour, but upon returning home, the shellac was already peeling off. Despite going back the next day for a redo, the same issue occurred. The manager initially blamed it on my work, but the quality of the service was clearly lacking. The nails had to be redone again, but the outcome was still poor, causing damage to my nails. After being promised a full refund, I was only offered a partial amount upon return, with the manager falsely claiming the issue was with the shellac colour. Overall, the service was subpar, the prices were high, and the management was deceitful. I suspect fake positive reviews are being posted, so beware of this establishment.
