Begimai is truly talented, she listens attentively to your preferences and never fails to deliver, but she's also open to trying something new if that's what you desire.
I've had a disappointing experience with the staff here. Despite being a regular customer, my lashes have been falling out within 2 weeks lately, and the communication has been lacking.
