Maya and Ava did a fantastic job airbrushing my nails to create a sunset design. I highly recommend their services; I have been a loyal customer for years. This salon is top-notch.
It's the second time I've had my nails done by the same individual, and it was a dreadful experience; I could have done a better job myself. Typically, they meticulously trim cuticles and ensure there is no rough skin around the nail, but this time, those steps were skipped, and the finishing with wet towels was neglected, unlike previous specialists. I felt uncomfortable bringing it up as I was in a hurry for work, but it's imperative that they reconsider keeping this individual on staff to avoid losing clientele. On a side note, I usually tip generously for the service, but this time, it did not justify the amount paid.
Upon a friend's recommendation, I visited Lily's Nails before my trip to the Caribbean for a wedding and requested SNS Dipping gel. The individual who attended to me (I believe her name was Sophie) was impolite. Whenever I inquired about the gel colour, as it was my first time trying it, she muttered disapprovingly and conversed with her colleagues in their language, clearly irritated by my questions. While I can tolerate rudeness if the work is exceptional, I must say that the state of my nails was HORRENDOUS. The top coat of the nail polish began peeling on the second day, and by today, which is the seventh day, the polish has chipped severely, prompting me to have them redone the night before the wedding. The attached images speak volumes - AVOID LILY'S NAILS at all costs.
