I had a disappointing experience at this establishment. The employees displayed poor attitudes and were consistently rude and condescending towards customers. The service was also exorbitantly priced for the subpar quality provided. I caution against allowing children to visit unsupervised, as my twelve-year-old was subjected to ridicule, overcharged, and received shoddy work that resulted in a nail falling off. Upon returning the next day, my daughter was unfairly blamed for the salon's mistakes, leading to her leaving in tears. It is essential for parents to accompany their children to prevent potential issues and emotional distress, as the staff lack proper background checks.
Residing in London, I found myself in need of urgent nail care while visiting my partner. The salon promptly attended to me and delivered exceptional service. Both the male technician who performed the acrylic infills and the female artist who painted my nails exhibited professionalism and warmth. The added touch of a hand massage with lotion was a pleasant surprise, a gesture I had not encountered in London before. The overall cost for the acrylic infills, gel painting, and mini massage was surprisingly lower than my usual expenses in London for a mediocre job.
