Exceptional outcomes! I have yet to encounter a salon or service elsewhere that matches the sensation of lightness, cleanliness, and thoroughness I experience during my mani-pedi sessions at Marcela's. (A pedicure at Cotton House in Mustique came close, but that's a story for another time.) The price aligns with the quality of the treatment, as it endures. I even went on safari with my shellac nails, and they remained flawless for the entire two weeks. The facial treatment with Anila is extraordinary. It's unfortunate that she isn't always available, making it challenging to secure an appointment with her. Nevertheless, my skin appeared plump and well-moisturised for weeks after her session. The Environ products she recommended are top-notch, albeit a bit pricey, they are definitely worth it. Invest in excellence! I'm already scheduling my next appointment for when I'm back in London 💌
Absolutely dreadful experience with the eyebrow threading service. I now have a gap in my brow, no post-treatment creams or aloe vera were offered, and my face was left uncleansed by the beautician. If I had paid 8/10 quid as usual (inclusive of cream, cleaning, and better technique), it would have been acceptable. However, being charged a WHOPPING 30 pounds for subpar service is simply outrageous. Admittedly, it was my fault for not checking the price beforehand, but I never anticipated that a brief tidy-up would cost three times the norm. Had I known prior to reaching the cashier, I would have voiced stronger objections regarding the poor quality of service relative to the hefty price tag. I will not be returning and do not recommend this establishment.
Arguably the most meticulously done shellac nails I've ever had. The salon is charming, and the customer service is exceptional. The delightful lady who did my nails took extra care to ensure perfection. While the prices may be slightly higher compared to other establishments, the durability of the results makes it worthwhile. I wholeheartedly recommend Marcela's.
