After visiting Maria's salon for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised by the results. Despite having very dry and unruly hair, Maria worked her magic and transformed it into a beautifully shiny mane. The private and confidential setting of the salon, along with Maria's attention to detail, made the experience truly enjoyable.
Maria is truly exceptional, boasting extensive years of experience. She expertly crafted a stunning natural colour for me using organic products, completely free of harsh chemicals. The transformation of my hair was truly remarkable, leaving me feeling incredibly grateful for her talents.
I had an unpleasant experience with the service at this salon. The stylist showed favoritism towards her British clients, treating others poorly. Despite expressing discomfort due to the smoke from the dryer, I was ignored in favor of another client. The lack of consideration and dismissive attitude towards my concerns was disheartening. Furthermore, the push to purchase specific products without transparency on their effects was concerning. Overall, a disappointing experience with both the service and customer care.
