My initial experience was disappointing, as I attempted to schedule an appointment at my two closest locations only to be informed of no availability. Eventually, I reluctantly agreed to an appointment at a third branch, even receiving a 24-hour reminder. However, on the day of the appointment, I received a last-minute message redirecting me to their affiliated branch, which I was initially told had no availability. This lack of professionalism was a waste of my time!
I have been a loyal patron for many years and have consistently been pleased with both the outcome of my hair and the level of service provided. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a pleasant place to spend time in. Both my mother and I frequent this establishment and have no intention of seeking services elsewhere. My visit to the Birmingham branch was absolutely delightful from beginning to end. The team members were not only welcoming and accommodating, but also incredibly talented. I wholeheartedly recommend Morris Roots to anyone seeking exceptional natural hair care, particularly for locs. A big thank you to the individual who attended to me (she was petite with crimson locs). I will certainly return! :)
