I am thrilled to see a chic nail salon opening up in the vibrant Kilburn/Willesden region. The decor inside is charming and impeccably clean! The proprietor is delightful, and the customer service was truly top-notch. Keep up the fantastic work! I indulged in a gel pedicure here, and it was incredibly soothing. I will definitely be returning for more pampering. My only suggestion would be that the prices are slightly higher compared to other salons of similar quality. My usual salon in the city offers better rates and loyalty discounts, so it would be beneficial for Nail & Brow Studio to consider being more competitive with their pricing and promotions.
As a keen patron of manicure and pedicure services, I had high hopes for this salon given its appealing interior. Unfortunately, the nail service fell short of expectations, and I was quite disappointed with the outcome. I recommend focusing on enhancing the quality of your services; otherwise, it may not justify the cost. Nonetheless, the staff members were very amiable, which was a positive aspect.
I opted for a simple gel polish treatment, but the beautician seemed unhelpful when it came to selecting a colour. The filing of my nail was done so vigorously that it resulted in a cut that started bleeding - extremely painful and still causing discomfort. Moreover, one of the nails had its colour peel off just two days later. Although they rectified the issue during my return visit, they used the wrong colour, leading to one nail looking slightly mismatched. Given the abundance of excellent salons in the vicinity, I have decided not to revisit this particular establishment.
