I had a rather unfortunate experience at this nail spa about a week ago. I usually frequent nail salons for my manicures and pedicures. On this particular day, a male staff member was managing the reception area. Upon arrival, I was asked to wait, which I did for over 15 minutes. When I inquired about the delay, I received vague responses and was made to wait even longer. Feeling frustrated by the lack of professionalism and disorganization, I decided to leave. The male staff member with glasses seemed unwelcoming and ill-prepared for his role. This was a stark contrast to my previous visits when a female staff member ran the place with friendliness and professionalism. I left feeling disappointed and regretful of the time wasted.
Having experienced a disappointing manicure that didn't last in just one day, I decided to try out this nail salon during my stay in Edinburgh for work. Despite its simple appearance, especially considering the upscale location, I was pleasantly surprised by the long-lasting quality of my manicure and the wide range of colours available. The technician who attended to me was friendly and skilled. I will definitely revisit this salon on my next trip to the area.
Accompanied by my 4-year-old, I visited this nail salon and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and kindness we received. The staff were wonderful with my child, and the overall experience was fantastic. We will definitely return on our next trip to the area.
