A few of the team members are attentive and precise in their work, but unfortunately, my experience today wasn't pleasant. The nail technician who attended to me appeared rushed (even though it wasn't busy or close to closing time), did a sloppy job, and when I requested a touch-up, she replied, "you can fix it at home with water." I visit a nail salon for a reason - to receive a professional service. Furthermore, I was charged £50 when the website states £46. Normally, I don't mind paying more for quality service and friendliness, and I used to be a regular customer here every two to three weeks. However, after today's experience, I doubt I'll be returning. She made me feel unwelcome, like I was an inconvenience.
First visit to Nails 18; they were incredibly hospitable & accommodating. Due to some negative past experiences, I hadn't been to a nail salon in a while, but this place restored my faith in customer service.
