I was thrilled to visit this nail salon after hearing such great reviews. However, my experience was marred by the unfriendly attitude of the attendant right from the start. This was my first time trying the BIAB treatment, and I was unclear about the process. When I inquired, the attendant either seemed unwilling to explain or was unsure themselves. I had a specific design in mind, but I ended up with something completely different because the attendant was unsure how to do the second line of the French manicure. Only a week has passed since my visit, and the polish is already chipping. I spent 40 pounds on a service that didn't even last a week. I've attached some photos for comparison; what I wanted versus what I received. Not even the base colour is satisfactory. 😞
Each visit to this salon leaves me delighted and amazed. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and Katy, you're truly a nail artist!
