I've never shared my thoughts on a hair salon before, but today I felt compelled to do so. The individual who styled my hair was incredibly considerate, skilled and precise. They even provided me with fantastic recommendations for my festive hair designs. I am extremely pleased. Thank you very much. Highly recommended

This marks the second visit to Galaxy Hair, and unfortunately, it was peculiar. During the initial visit, none of the staff greeted us; instead, they simply stared until we initiated conversation and mentioned our appointment. I don't want to delve too deeply into this review, but on our most recent visit last Saturday, we were once again met with stares! We contemplated leaving, but decided to stay for our appointment. We observed another customer entering, receiving the same treatment, and eventually leaving looking uncomfortable. The individual working at Galaxy Hair lacks responsiveness; even a simple 'hello' upon arrival would be appreciated. While I understand that English may not be their first language, basic customer greetings would go a long way. We have decided to return to our usual salon, opting to try Galaxy Hair due to its proximity. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this establishment.
