This has been my most disappointing massage experience. It seemed as though the therapist was forced to perform the massage, lacking enthusiasm and commitment. Although the place claims to be open until 5am, what's the use if the therapist appears to be half-asleep and unenthusiastic during the session? I had a session last night, and the therapist was extremely impolite. If the therapists are unwilling to work late hours, it would be better to close early. Providing consistent service throughout the day, with therapists full of energy, is essential. Implementing three shifts with different individuals at various time slots could be a solution.
Received a massage from an individual who seemed unwell and coughed frequently. The experience was unpleasant as it felt like they had nasal discharge on their hands which they used during the massage. I had come to alleviate neck pain but felt no relief. Despite this, they suggested I return for another session to rectify the issue. I would not recommend this establishment. 👎🏼
