I was for just a week in London & wishing to find a place to have a Back and Foot Massage, so I found this place, and oh WOW. I was seen by Aishah and is simply the best. She went beyond what I have requested, as she gave massage to my head and face too. I felt well looked after and cared for. She made me feel I matter and when we go for a service that we put ourselves into others' hands, that is a very important skill to feel from the person that is looking after you. When I politely requested a more pleasant approach, he persisted with his unpleasant tone and demeanor. I opted not to proceed with treatment and asked for a partial refund of the £80 paid upfront, to which he flatly refused. I will be escalating this issue with the chiropractic association as this conduct is utterly unacceptable.
