Samuel was extremely courteous and professional. I have had eyelash lifts and tints twice, both performed by him. The results have been truly outstanding. I opted for a much-needed lymphatic drainage facial massage and a hand massage. Layla was exceptional, incredibly warm, and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout. The extensions were truly executed flawlessly. They are still looking fabulous three weeks later, and my getaway entailed a lot of scuba diving, snorkelling, and general frolicking in the sea (which typically doesn't bode well for eyelash extensions' longevity). Aiden was kind and approachable, and it was a delight to make their acquaintance. I CANNOT RECOMMEND! Lashes began falling off when I washed my face the day after 24 hours. Gaps were visible. I contacted her but received no response. This was my second visit. She used to be good. She should consider going back for more training to improve her skills. I won't return and won't recommend her to anyone. My eyebrow tint was also terrible. Even beginner lash technicians do a better job. Additionally, there was a man in the residence coughing, sneezing, and sniffling throughout my appointment. Going home with good lashes would have made up for it, but that didn't happen.
