She went beyond what I have requested, as she gave massage to my head and face too. I felt well looked after and cared for. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Jessica is rude, arrogant and unprofessional. My initial consultation felt more like an interrogation than a conversation. When I politely requested a more pleasant approach, he persisted with his unpleasant tone and demeanor. I opted not to proceed with treatment and asked for a partial refund of the £80 paid upfront, to which he flatly refused. I will be escalating this issue with the chiropractic association as this conduct is utterly unacceptable.
