A person came in 15 minutes after me and was seated before me, and her entire acrylic set was finished before I was even asked about my color preference. She was British, naturally! In total, I waited for an hour and 10 minutes with half-removed gel nails. Despite living far from the salon and having to travel a considerable distance for my nail appointments, the service and the outcome of my exquisite nails make the journey worthwhile. All the employees are exceedingly courteous, friendly, and proficient. Lisa - the director, is always delightful and upbeat. I had a rather unfortunate experience at this nail spa about a week ago. I usually frequent nail salons for my manicures and pedicures. On this particular day, a male staff member was managing the reception area. Upon arrival, I was asked to wait, which I did for over 15 minutes. When I inquired about the delay, I received vague responses and was made to wait even longer. Feeling frustrated by the lack of professionalism and disorganization, I decided to leave. The male staff member with glasses seemed unwelcoming and ill-prepared for his role. This was a stark contrast to my previous visits when a female staff member ran the place with friendliness and professionalism.
