I encountered a new therapist, a brunette woman, whose techniques were overly aggressive and rapid, causing me great stress and discomfort. It felt as though she was striking my back rather than massaging it. She deviated from the usual routine and failed to inquire about any medical conditions, unlike previous therapists. The next day, I awoke with excruciating pain in my neck and back, which persists. This experience fell far below the professional standards I have come to expect from Heavenly Massages. The Comfort Zone products were exceptional, and I left with a few to continue pampering myself at home. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and attentive. The spa ambiance was incredibly serene and inviting, and I was pleasantly surprised with a cocktail waiting for me post-treatment.
