Arrived post online booking. Received acknowledgment from personnel and settled onto the couch, which was exceptionally low, almost touching the floor. Ten minutes past my appointment time, a lady gestured towards the basin. Struggled to rise from the couch without assistance from my spouse. Eventually made my way to the basin where both ladies were engrossed in a conversation with a customer dissatisfied with her hair colour. Just as I was about to depart, she guided me to the styling chair. After the hair treatment, she conversed with the other lady in their native tongue before attending to me. By this time, around 35 minutes had elapsed, and she finally inquired about my preferences. Requested a simple trim. Proceeded to cut my hair without consulting on the parting, resulting in an off-centre cut. The drying process lasted less than 15 minutes, after which she conversed with the other client and only returned to the register once I had my purse out. Overall, the service was subpar, and I have no intentions of revisiting.
