I had an absolutely dreadful experience with the owner of this salon...I made a booking through the Treatwell platform, attended my appointment, and paid for the service at the salon (the haircut was truly terrible!?)...After 2 days, I received an email from Treatwell stating that the salon had informed them that I had missed my appointment and I was charged the full amount again!? I attempted to contact both parties via phone, text, and email but no one was willing to assist me in getting my refund back...My advice to everyone is to not switch hairstylists on a whim! and carefully inspect any new venue you plan to visit before selecting your next experience...
RACIST! The customer service was completely unacceptable, avoid this salon if you are black. They refused to style my sister's hair, lied about the treatment she had booked, all because she was black. Her hair is soft, but they insisted it had a tough Caribbean texture and tried to charge an extra £100 simply because she was not white. I repeat, do not visit this salon if you are black.
Outstanding service, Charlotte is delightful and an incredibly skilled stylist. I opted for half-head highlights and a blow-dry and I am thrilled with the results! I will definitely be returning again :)
