I am utterly disappointed by the poor quality of the nail service I received. The work done was subpar, with uneven lengths and a bubbly, rushed application of polish. Hygiene standards were lacking, and the overall experience was a waste of money. I will be removing the polish immediately and seeking a refund.
I had a last-minute need for a nail appointment and they truly came to my rescue. The staff were delightful, offering me a comforting drink and displaying exceptional kindness throughout. The end result was fabulous, and I will certainly be returning for future visits.
My gel manicure experience was far from satisfactory. The technician appeared unsure of the process, limited my colour choices, and executed the painting poorly. Chipping began after just two days, and the overall service was not worth the high price. The entire ordeal was unpleasant, and the questionable payment situation left a sour taste in my mouth.
