I cannot speak highly enough of the Spa at the Mandarin Oriental London. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with utmost professionalism and grace by the entire team. I must also commend the masseur Oliver. He is one of the most compassionate individuals I have ever encountered and a true "healer". He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and a master of his trade. I feel truly fortunate to have been paired with him. Thank you, Oliver, and wishing all of you the merriest of Holidays for your dedication throughout the year.
I had a reservation for the British Rose spa package yesterday and enjoyed a delightful day at the spa. The women's only spa facilities were extremely clean, peaceful, and left me fully rejuvenated before my treatments. It may be compact, but it is perfectly designed, and there were only two other women present while I was there, so it did not feel crowded. There is also a large pool in a separate area of the hotel (although I did not use it.) The changing area is stocked with lovely little extras, as is the relaxation room, where I ended up taking a nap after my treatments. My treatments were absolutely fantastic, as was my therapist. The heated and adjustable massage bed is a wonderful touch. The hotel itself is also breathtaking, and the staff all appear very dedicated to providing a five-star service to their guests.
The MOST AMAZING Deep Tissue Massage I’ve ever experienced in various countries! Incredibly polite, professional, and exceptionally skilled staff! The establishment is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and very comfortable. They effectively treated my back pain and left me completely relaxed. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone!
