I have had more than 10 laser hair removal sessions with them, unfortunately with no success. Following their recommendation, I opted for a revision. However, it has been a month since the revision, and despite reaching out to the main office several times, I have not received any updates. They promised to relay my message, but I am still awaiting contact regarding the next steps. Overall, a disappointing experience and a waste of money.
