I was genuinely shocked by the way I was treated when I returned a mouldy pack of tofu that was still within its expiry date. I was simply informed that nothing could be done and had to leave with just a receipt. After spending over £60, I will no longer be supporting this store. It's absolutely appalling. I didn't feel valued as a customer at all. Please refer to the attached photos.
When it comes to tian tian, it's truly a refined affair. No hordes of students like the Bloomsbury outlet, nestled in a quiet corner just off South Bank. There's a serene atmosphere of sophistication and efficiency that's characteristic of a revitalised London neighbourhood. The offerings are as expected, not entirely authentic with a strong emphasis on snacks and hotpot over more traditional fare, but it's a great spot for frozen dumplings and buns :)
I was over the moon when I discovered this tian tian had opened! The store is incredibly spacious and offers a fantastic selection of beverages, snacks, and food!
