I was a bit unsure due to some reviews, but I had a really pleasant manicure and polish here. The staff are incredibly friendly and meticulous, I was offered a drink during the treatment, and the prices are very reasonable.

I've been to William's twice now and have found my new regular. The salon is welcoming and spotless, and the team are so pleasant. I had Isla and Poppy for my manicure and pedicure, and they were gentle and delightful to chat with. Olivia seemed to know everyone and was so welcoming to all who entered. I needed my nails done for a wedding and my daughter's party the next week, and they suggested adding some sparkle which turned out beautifully. It's delightful to visit a place with such a lovely atmosphere and excellent craftsmanship too.
