I have had a varied experience with this GP practice. Approximately 70% of the GPs have been exceptional, showing care and support. However, the remaining 30% have come across as rude, judgmental, and dismissive. It's crucial to bear in mind that patients often visit their GP due to health concerns.
The doctors here are truly outstanding. I consistently feel valued and heard by the receptionists, nurses, and GPs. Doctor Whitehead and Allen are both exceptional! Many thanks.
